how do i go about getting this person banned!

found a deviant that faves pics of girls who take pictures of them selves saying that they do it because they a fat ugly greasy whores, they even did it to my gf and it really pisses me off

please if any one knows how to get users banned please tell me and also report them for offensive matterial and allso see if u can get the IP address blocked aswell so as to stop them re-registering to start do it again

please reply as soon as posible and spread the word to ur friends!
